| November 13, 2009 November News Our "Snap Sack" for November features classically pieced maple leaves. This is so "Vermont"! Warm and Cozy.  This is available for $12.99 including back and binding. Call the shop and we will send you,or a friend this affordable kit using some of our fabulous fabric. "Owls" were the hit of the 2009 Fall Quilt Market held in Houston. And guess what? We are just so trendy that we all ready have this in stock! What a terrific idea for Thanksgiving table runners and place-mats.  There are apples, trees, flowers and leaves to coordinate with the owls. New fabric will start coming in this month. We have ordered more of those fantastic neutrals from "E Studio". We have this pattern, "A Bit Askew" by "Blue Underground Studios" one of our favorite pattern designers that showcases these graphic designs. You can't find better neutrals anywhere!  You can substitute the shots of color with fabrics from your stash! We have a new delivery of Kaffe Fassett fabric! So gorgeous. These are from his "Collective Group" featuring not only Kaffe, but Brandon Mabley and Phillip Jacobs.  Here is a sampling. Coming in December are Kaffe's newest designs. We purchased these yesterday. Coming soon is his "Liberty Paisleys". These fabrics are patterned after the Liberty of London archives, think men's neckties, foulard, etc... We also ordered the latest prints from his "Collaborative" series. Among these is a gorgeous seashell design in several colorways. This is wonderful fabric for those of you who have seaside retreats or friends that do! Amy Butler has a new collection that will arrive later this month." LOVE" Here is a sneak peak.  No one can copy Amy"s genius! Although many designers try!  We will have a blast working with this beautiful stuff! Gotta go, $5 quilt club is tomorrow and I have to set up. P.S. We have a new shipment of Deb Tucker's new tool, "The Wing Clipper". This tool makes short work of those pesky flying geese units. I want to make a whole quilt of flying geese now!
