March 2020 Snippets

March 20-March 29th are the dates for the Vermont Shop Hop.  This is our 15th Year!  The theme this year is "Taking Flight"  We are featuring Shop Hop Fabric printed only for participating shops by Hoffman of California.
Each Shop creates a  unique project that showcases the fabric. 
Vermont photographer, Nicki Steel Photography provided the wild life photos for our panel.  
Visit the Shop Hop Website for all the details.  There are 12 Quilt Shops in Vermont that participate in this event.  This year the 1st prize is a Pffaf Sewing Machine valued at $1500.  There are many wonderful prizes including a drawing at each shop for a gift basket valued at $100.  There are special hours for the Hop.  Each shop  is open from 9 am-6 pm and spans 10 days.  This event is not to be missed.  You must purchase a $7.00 passport to qualify for all of the goodies we will offer including a free 1/2 yard of fabric of your choice!   Food, fun, special coupons, demos, prizes and more!  Our Shop created this wall hanging for the Hop.  A free pattern will be given to the Hoppers from each individual shop.
